Building Supportive Beliefs: Identify supportive beliefs that empower you and build your self-confidence. Write down positive statements about your abilities, strengths, and worthiness. Focus on cultivating a belief system that reinforces your value and potential.
Reframing Mistakes & Failures: Shift your perspective on mistakes and failures. Write down lessons learned or potential growth opportunities that result from setbacks. Replace self-criticism with constructive self-reflection.
